The Youth Outreach Program (YOP), made available by Greater Fall River RE-CREATION, provides services to at-risk youth in the City of Fall River including youth violence and gang activity prevention and intervention. These services include assistance with counseling services, education, employment, and pro-social activities. The goal of the YOP is to provide a safe alternative for the youth to make positive changes in their lives.

Building Long-Term RelationshipsOur Youth Outreach workers aim to build strong long-term relationships with youth most at-risk for violence and gang activity to build mentoring relationships and to identify strengths and areas of need. |

Providing ServicesYouth Outreach workers are skilled in linking our youth to pro-social services and activities. |

Helping FamiliesLinking youth and their families to appropriate services that provide positive alternatives to destructive behaviors. |
