HIGH SCHOOL LIVE BALL TRAINING: COMPETITIVE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Program Description:
This program is designed specifically for high school players who want to elevate their match performance and compete at a higher level. High School Live Ball Training focuses on fast-paced, point-based drills that simulate real match pressure. Players will be constantly engaged, hitting under time constraints, and learning to construct points rather than simply rally.

The emphasis is on developing consistency, court positioning, and decision-making in live scenarios. Players will work on serve plus first ball patterns, transition play, and doubles awareness, all within a competitive training environment that mirrors high school match play.

This is NOT a beginner clinic. It is intended for players currently on, or aspiring to make, their high school team who are serious about improving results in singles and doubles competition.

Eligibility: High School Students (grades 9–11)
Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Cost: $90 ($15 p/session)
PLEASE NOTE OUR HEALTH & WELLNESS PROTOCOLS IN AN EFFORT TO KEEP ALL STAFF AND PARTICIPANTS SAFE:
* Please do not come to our location if you have a fever above 100 degrees.
* For fitness classes: please bring your own mat and weights.
* Participants are responsible for wiping down any wellness equipment both before and after use. RE-CREATION Staff will sanitize between uses.
* Stay home if you are feeling sick or have been in contact with someone who has been exposed to COVID-19 in the last 14 days and comply with all current state travel quarantine guidelines prior to entering our facility.
